Earn Shares in the Company

You accumulate hours in your account for your use of the Viewbar™ software, up to the maximum monthly hours (which is country-specific). These hours can be convertible into shares of AGLOCO™ stock See below the country specific restrictions on conversion. You can also accumulate hours in your account for the usage of Viewbar™ by your direct referrals and extended referrals. You become eligible for the shares when your account reaches your country's minimum payout limit.

As a new company, AGLOCO™ is a private company that is not traded on any stock exchange. We are exploring public offerings of the stock on various major global stock exchanges as a means to facilitate the issuance of shares to Members.

Country Specific Restrictions

* Currently AGLOCO™ is open for Membership to anyone worldwide. However, due to different regulatory requirements in each country, it may become necessary for AGLOCO™ to restrict certain countries from Viewbar™ downloads or Viewbar™ use.
* In some countries, for Member participation, AGLOCO™ may have to qualify for share issuance prior to offering shares to Members. In all countries prior to share issuance, Members' hours will be accrued and shares will be issued when the AGLOCO™ board of directors approves them.
* Some countries may be too small or legal requirements too complicated, for shares to be issued to Members in that country. (As a Member owned company it may not be prudent to incur the excess expenses for all Members, just to distribute shares in the countries so affected). Earn Cash

As AGLOCO™ grows and the company generates positive cash flow, we will be distributing the excess cash to Members and shareholders of the company. In addition, Members can earn cash directly in their accounts for certain transactions with AGLOCO™ sponsor sites.

Remember, the company is 100% owned by the Members, so we will put the cash to work to best reward the Member/shareholders of the company. The cash will be used for payouts based on hourly Viewbar?usage, cash dividends to Member / shareholders and/or share buybacks of the company's shares.

Members Do Not Earn Hours / Shares / Cash for:

* Signing up as a new member.
* Referring new members who do not become active members.
* Clicking on ads. There is no incentive or requirement to click on ads.
* Changing your online behavior in any way. Just download the Viewbar™ software and use the Internet how you always have.
                                      

Global Earnings

Global rates
Currently AGLOCO treats all countries worldwide on an equal basis: all Members can accumulate up to a maximum of five hours a month of Viewbar™ usage. Referrals will also be accrued with a five hour limit. If shares are issued they will issued at one share per hour for Member hours and one quarter share for each referral hour.

AGLOCO reserves the right to change these rates at any time for any country on a country by country basis.

It was from this question that AGLOCO set out to create the Internet’s first Economic Network, harnessing the power of Internet-based social networks to directly benefit the Members who help to create the community.

Becoming a member of AGLOCO is as simple as completing a brief sign-up page (name, age, location and email address.). Once you’re a Member, you will be asked to then download the Viewbar™ software. (Note: the Viewbar™ software is currently unavailable, as it is in closed testing. It will be ready for public download in a few weeks, and members will be notified when it is available.)

AGLOCO makes money for its Members in many ways:

• Search: Every time you use the Viewbar™ to do an Internet search, AGLOCO earns money from the search engine providers. (For example, Google pays as much as $0.10 on average for each search that is directed to its search engine.)
  
  
• Advertising: The Viewbar™ itself displays ads that are targeted based upon the websites you’re visiting. When you click on an ad and make a purchase, AGLOCO receives a referral fee, which we pass on to our Members. (Please note: Individual members do not receive any compensation for clicking on ads in the Viewbar™, and the Viewbar™ can detect if someone is clicking ads in a fraudulent manner.)
  
  
• Transaction commissions: Many major retailers pay commissions when you refer customers who make a purchase. AGLOCO collects that commission and passes it on to our members. (For example, Amazon pays an 8.5% commission to most websites who refer customers, and has cut deals for even larger percentages. The bigger the AGLOCO community, the better commission we can negotiate for our Members.)
  
  
• Software distribution: Numerous software companies pay websites to encourage the download of new software releases (for example, Adobe’s Flash and Acrobat Reader software), and trial versions of new programs. AGLOCO members not only get access to the latest and coolest software, they get paid for it.
  
  
• Service distribution: Many online service providers will look to the AGLOCO community as a source of new and active users for their services. (For example, eBay, Skype, and PayPal, among others, all pay fees to people who help them recruit new active users to their services)
  
  
• Product distribution: When Members agree to use a product, such as cell phones, high-tech gadgets, office supplies, new credit cards or financial services, AGLOCO can collect referral fees. Some companies even offer special rebate and cash-back programs.

AGLOCO Members make money in four ways.

  2. How do I earn cash and shares?
  
  Sign up, use the web as usual and earn cash and shares - it really is that simple. Once you install the Viewbar™ software it automatically records the time you're actively online, and we pay you for it. But the first step is to sign up and become a member. It's fast and it's free.   3. How do referrals work?
  
  AGLOCO™ pays you an hourly rate when the friends and family you recruit (called “direct referrals”) use the web with the Viewbar™ running, as well as for people your referrals recruit (called “extended referrals”). Extended referrals continue for four levels past your original referral, and there is no limit to the number of referrals you can accumulate.   4. Are there rules or restrictions?
  
  There are some rules, and all are intended for the benefit of AGLOCO™ members:
  
  
  
  • Sign Up Only Once : Each person can only sign up once, creating an account for him or herself, and may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else. Accounts cannot be transferred between people, and each account must be for a physical person.
  
  
  • No spamming : AGLOCO™ strictly forbids spamming to get referrals. This means you can only tell people you know or who explicitly agree to receive your invitation to be referred. If you use spam to try to get referrals, your account will be terminated. For more information, see our Anti-Spam Policy
  
  
  • Number of Internet Hours : The maximum number of payable hours per month is currently 5. Over time, depending on several variables that number may change at AGLOCO™ 's discretion. The reason we implemented this limit is to prevent hacking software from continuously clicking and thereby generating online search. Remember you can still increase your profits by referring more people to AGLOCO™.
  
  
  • Active Surfing : You have to actively surf to earn cash for your online usage. Just keeping a website up does not constitute active surfing. If you use a software piracy device that constantly clicks through websites, AGLOCO™ 's anti-hacking instruments will detect and – after investigation – disconnect your account. In addition, you have to be an active online Member in order to get the benefit of your referrals' surfing. If you surf only 50% of the maximum payable hours a month, and your referrals each surf 100%, you will be credited with only 50% of the payable surfing time for each referral.   • Accuracy of Information: All information submitted during signup must be accurate; members who deal with AGLOCO™ in a fraudulent fashion will forfeit their memberships, their account balance, and their referrals. We are currently allowing our Members full access to the site to build their referral networks.   Yes, it is completely free to download the viewbar. Depending on the speed of your internet connection, the download time may vary from a few to several minutes.
  
  
  
  26. Do I need to have the Viewbar up all the time?
  
  No! Currently AGLOCO™ will reward up to five hours a month in Viewbar time. Above that limit, you can keep your Viewbar displayed or minimize it at any time, though most of the Members choose to keep it up. If you don't want your Viewbar to operate at any specific time, just minimize it and it will stop working. However, you will not earn online hours while your Viewbar is minimized.

  Yes! You can minimize the Viewbar any time and it will stop working. However, you will not accumulate any online hours while the Viewbar is minimized.

  You can install the Viewbar™software on multiple computers and get credit for your surfing regardless of which machine you use.   There are no obligations to maintain your Membership, you may quit at any time. If you cancel your account, you forfeit any balance accumulated below the minimum payout level. You also forfeit your referral network, although your referrals remain members. Of course, you can rejoin whenever you want but you will start out without any balance or referrals. As an Infomediary, the purpose of AGLOCO.com is to use technology to enable businesses to interact with consumers in highly personalized ways, without forfeiting the privacy of the user. Therefore privacy is at the core of AGLOCO™.

Information We Collect from Members

In our online registration form for new members of the service, we require you to provide us with your full name, full mailing address, email address and a password. In addition, we require your gender, birth date, and a password question with its corresponding answer, so that we may identify you if you ever lose your password.

Certain information such as your name, address, email address, and birth date constitute "Personal Data" because that information can be used to directly or indirectly identify you. This information is collected and used according to the terms of this Privacy Policy. In the future, we may offer additional services that will have their own usage agreements and/or privacy policies. At the time those services are offered, you will be given an opportunity to review and accept those documents.

How we deliver: AGLOCO™ treats each members' personal information as confidential and does not disclose it or use it except as stated in Membership Agreement and as further explained in this Privacy Policy. Specifically, AGLOCO™ will not disclose personally identifiable information about you to others unless:

Therefore, the nature of our business requires that we continuously collect data about our members. The relevance, accuracy, and currency of that information are all critical to serving the interests of our members, therefore the processes underlying this principle are a core component of our business, and adherence to this Privacy Policy is essential to the value proposition we present to our members.

Openness Principle

AGLOCO.com adheres to the principle that we should provide our members with information regarding changes in our practices and policies with respect to their personal data, providing them with reasonable opportunities to know what type of personal information we retain, the purposes of their use, and other information regarding how we adhere to the principles stated in this document.

How we deliver: AGLOCO™ has a general policy of openness about its practices and policies regarding personal data of consumers. AGLOCO™ states in detail what personal data it collects and why it collects it. AGLOCO™ also maintains a policy of disclosing any changes to its practices and policies. Any changes to our policies or procedures that materially reduce the privacy protections encompassed therein, including any changes in corporate ownership that impact upon the promises made in this policy, will be disclosed with sufficient advance notice to allow those individuals affected to exercise informed choices regarding their personal information.

AGLOCO.com is a Hong Kong corporation. All consumer data collected by AGLOCO™ is managed by Infomediary Services Corporation, a management company that AGLOCO™ has engaged to perform all management functions for AGLOCO™’s activities worldwide. The data physically resides at numerous data storage facilities around the globe according to practices and policies detailed under the Security Safeguards section of this document. We may also transfer or share your personal information as well as part of a transfer of your membership agreement to a successor organization. By becoming a Member you give your consent to this transfer of your personal data. All information collected as a result of your membership in AGLOCO™ will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Should the Privacy Policy change in any significant way, you will be notified in advance and given an opportunity to terminate your membership and delete your data.

For our European members, please note that AGLOCO™ stores its records in several locations around the world.
